Public Meetings - Public meetings are normally held in the Village Hall Council Chambers.

Meetings of the board are conducted in an orderly manner to ensure that the public has a full opportunity to be heard and that the deliberative process of the board is retained at all times. While any meeting of the board is in session, a prescribed rules of order and decorum shall be observed

  * Due to NNO falling on Tuesday, August 4th, the first meeting in August is rescheduled to Wednesday, August 5th.

Board of Fire & Police Commissioners meetings are held at the Bartlett Police Department on the first Tuesday of the month at 3:00 p.m.

The Police Pension Board, in 2026, will meet in the second-floor training room in Village Hall on February 19, May 21, August 20 and November 19 at 2 p.m.

The Bike and Run Plan Advisory Committee, during 2025, will meet at Bartlett Village Hall on Thursday, 3/27; Thursday, 6/26; and Thursday, 9/25, starting at 3 p.m.
