Recognizing Civic Leader T.L. Arends October 2016

On October 29, 2016 Village officials, friends and family gathered at Bartlett's Town Center to dedicate a plaque honoring Village trustee and longtime civic leader T.L. Arends "in grateful appreciation and recognition for her outstanding service, devotion and dedication to the people of the Village of Bartlett."
