DU-COMM (DuPage Public Safety Communications) has confirmed that the tornado sirens activated at approximately 3:00 AM were a false alarm. The sirens were accidentally triggered during a planned system test designed to check the technology silently.

There was no weather emergency, and the system was deactivated as soon as the error was caught. DU-COMM sincerely apologizes for the early morning disruption!
