Street Resurfacing Coming to Bartlett 🚧

The Village of Bartlett’s 2026 Various Streets Resurfacing Project is scheduled to begin on or after August 17, weather permitting.

The project will improve streets (2026 Various Streets Resurf - Streets List) and other infrastructure in parts of:

📍 Stage 1: Silvercrest, Fairfax Crossing & Fairfax Commons
📍 Stage 2: Bravo Pointe, Ridings East & Regency Oaks
📍 Stage 3: Bartlett Pointe

Work will include sidewalk, curb and gutter replacement where needed, roadway pavement improvements, and grass restoration. Construction is anticipated to be completed by November 18.

Residents in the affected areas should expect temporary parking and driveway restrictions as work progresses. Please slow down and use caution in construction zones.
