Friday, 10/10/2025 - Bartlett has contracted to have fire hydrants sandblasted and painted starting on Monday, 10/13/25 and  finishing on 10/24/2025. The area scheduled for painting is roughly south of Stearns Road and north of Army Trail Road; and between Munger on the west and County Farm Road on the east. The painting both freshens the hydrants and helps protect them from corrosion. Residents are asked to please park their cars inside if their home is by a fire hydrant or away from the hydrant during the hours of 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
