DESCRIPTION:Families, join in the fun as the Bartlett Depot Museum brings back the First&nbsp;Saturday Free Children’s Craft beginning Saturday, February 3 with a celebration of Lunar New Year.<br><br>It’s the Year of the Dragon, and children will learn about Bartlett’s Sister City,&nbsp;Miaoli City, Taiwan, whose annual Folk Street-Stepping Dragon festival is a&nbsp;Hakka tradition. Kiddos will create a dragon craft.<br><br>No registration is needed and supplies are limited. The depot museum, located at&nbsp;100 W. Railroad Avenue, will be open from 9 a.m. to noon. Drop in anytime. As<br>always free admission and free parking across the street in the public lot
